Research has shown that eating late not only effects our sleep but it also means that our food is not utilized as well and we can pile on the pounds. If we can have our last meal at 6 and then nothing until the next morning then this would help us loose wait. (If I'm feeling hungry at 9 then I might have a nibble of cheese with a slice of apple or 2 - 3 Olives, Sally has a few nuts. (Not peanuts!)) The quote that 'Breakfast is the most important meal of the day' is nonsense (although I used to tell people this) it came from Mr Kellogg! I wonder why? The longer you can extend the period of your last meal until you have your breakfast the better your weight loss will be.
