Know what you are eating!

Despite what you might read as being healthy or unhealthy e.g. adverts or pictures on cereal boxes, we need to look seriously at what we are putting into our mouths or into the mouths of our children. Remember it was Mr Kellogg that came up with the saying that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I wonder why he said that? If you really want cereals for breakfast then go for the ones that are very low in sugar, and don’t add any extra!
