That is a bold statement but the more I look into why we are overweight then the more I see that sugar (and the food industry) has to stand the wrap!
Take a look at some of the videos on this site. Take time with a cup of coffee (NO sugar) and watch. You will find out that despite what you may have been told, there is no such thing as 'healthy sugar'. One of the worst offenders is fructose which is the sugar we get from fruit. This DOES NOT mean that we should not eat fruit, because of its goodness, fibre and vitamins but would we sit down and consume 5-6 apples in one sitting and then eat our lunch? Even hospitals can serve a breakfast of orange juice, cereals and toast with marmalade, to patients that are already overweight throwing their sugar levels through the roof. Perhaps they should be eating some fish for breakfast? John 21.
