2020 Challenge

We are looking for up to 20 individuals that really want to do something about their health and weight in 2020. Lose up to 14lbs in five days with a simple, safe and effective fast weight loss diet by Zoe Harcombe. Our course is open to all but it does have a Christian bias. Also, the plan that is used does not promote veganism. (Sorry) Initially we would like you to commit to 10 sessions here at our home (TR48GB) on a Tuesday evening from 7.30 to 9 pm.
