When we can’t get out and do a lot of exercise it is even more important that we eat the right type of food. Cutting down on our carbohydrates is probably the most important thing that we can do. To help our immune system it is important that we eat fat but not flour, cream but not crisps, butter but not bread! How? Cook your fried eggs in butter, pour a little cream on your berries and avoid sugar at all costs! Either stir fry you greens in coconut oil or boil them in water and dress with butter. Avoid the Big ‘Carbs’ Potatoes, Pasta & Rice. Look up LCHF and find how we have been fooled into eating the wrong food for years.  Eat meat it’s what we were designed to eat!Read.
